On Tuesday, October 23, discover Brussels differently. Learn that it is possible to visit Brussels even when one is a PRM …. Person with reduced mobility but tourist like the others.
During the LIBERCITY day, groups will be criss-crossing different districts of the Brussels-Capital Region. They will be provided with a kit of expert apprentices to measure, photograph, comment on public spaces visited to check accessibility to PRM.
